1. Stays
All bookings for stays are subject to availability. By booking a stay, you agree to the following terms:
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
2. Safaris
When booking a safari, you agree to the following terms:
- Full payment is required upon booking to secure your safari.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the safari will result in a 50% refund.
- Participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the guides.
- We are not responsible for any wildlife-related incidents.
3. Car Hire
The following terms apply to all car hire services:
- A valid driver’s license is required to hire a car.
- Fuel is not included in the rental price.
- Damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the hirer.
- The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
4. Excursions
For excursions, the following conditions apply:
- Excursions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Excursions are non-refundable unless canceled by the company.
- Participants must adhere to safety instructions at all times.
5. Chef Service
Our chef services come with the following terms:
- Chef services must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
- Menu customization is available and should be confirmed at least 48 hours before the service.
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
- Any dietary restrictions must be communicated during the booking process.
6. Check out & Checkin Times
Our booking and reservation services come with the following terms:
- CHECK IN TIME : 12:00 PM EAT
- CHECK OUT TIME : 10:00 AM EAT
7. FOR RESERVATIONS
These are the reservation terms:
- 50% REQUIRED- For booking confirmation except for a night stay where full payment is required.
- BALANCE: PAID on arrival before check-in.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
These are the cancellation terms:
- LESS THAN 48 hrs FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT- 100% refund of the total amount paid
- 3-14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT - 50% refund of the total amount paid
- 15-21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT-15% refund of the total amount paid
- 22-30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT- NO refund
PLEASE NOTE FOR BOOKING'S DURING EASTER & PEAK SEASON 18TH DECEMBER - 5TH JANUARY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS WE HOWEVER DO ISSUE CREDIT NOTES WHICH ARE VALID FOR SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT
